Practical training and final projects

We want to be the pioneer of on-the-job learning. We work together with 19 educational institutions in the field. We also actively develop our mentoring programme with the educational institutions and their teachers.

The trainees are instructed in all of our units by trained workplace instructors, and we offer our trainees their own employee benefits..

For trainees from outside the Helsinki region, we offer accommodation in the form of free, fully furnished apartments.

We regularly invite the teachers from our partner institutions to discuss the development of the education programmes and the on-the-job learning experience with us. This way, we are able to directly communicate the current trends, news, needs and wishes of our sector to the educational institutions.
